Send us your question
One form takes every question about your launch. Pick the topic closest to yours, or leave the topic empty and describe your plan in the message; a subject that is not in the list goes there too. If you already know which services you need, the onboarding questionnaire collects the details in one go.
What to put in your message
- Where you live now: in the Netherlands or abroad.
- The legal form you have in mind, if you have one.
- Whether you are starting alone or with a co-founder.
- Whether you need a residence permit to work in the Netherlands.
- When you would like to start trading.
- Whether you are already in the KVK business register.
Leave out passport numbers, your BSN and document scans: the form does not need them.

What the form sends with your message
Your message reaches our inbox with technical context of the visit, including the IP address, its city-level location, the internet provider (network operator), browser and language, the path through this site, device and screen, and whether cookies are present, never their contents. A Cloudflare check screens the form for spam; the privacy policy sets out what is sent and why.
