How These Guides Are Written

Every figure in a guide carries its year and the statute or official page it comes from: the KVK, the tax authority (Belastingdienst), the immigration service (IND) or business.gov.nl. One member of our team writes each guide and another reviews it, and the date on a card is the guide's last update.

The guides explain the general rules; they are not advice on your own case. More guides join this list as they are published.

Questions About Your Own Start

Your own order of steps depends on your facts, such as where you live, your nationality and the legal form you are weighing. Write to us about your start or email info@starting-a-business-in-the-netherlands.com, and the team in Amsterdam replies during office hours (Amsterdam time).
